❌ Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already entered the packaging or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.

If there’s an issue with your mirror within 30 days of delivery, let us know — we’ve got you covered.
🚫 When Refunds Are Not Available
We’re unable to offer refunds in these cases:
🌟 Your tracking shows the item was delivered
🌟 The package was unclaimed or refused
🌟 The delivery failed due to an incomplete or incorrect address
🌟 A refund is requested for non-defective products outside the 30-day window
🌟 Issues caused by external events (e.g., customs delays, strikes, severe weather, etc.)
📦 Returns
Because our mirrors are large and fragile, returns are not recommended unless we explicitly request one. In the rare event a return is needed:
🌟 You must return the item within 10 days
🌟 The mirror must be in unused, resellable condition
🌟 You are responsible for return shipping costs
🌟 Returns are only accepted to our designated facility (address provided upon approved)

⭐In rare cases, disputes may be denied due to expired tracking, certain shipping methods, or force majeure (uncontrollable events)
