At Toasty Moments Mirrors, we want you to love your mirror. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it quickly and fairly. Here’s how our policy works:
⭐ Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once your mirror has entered the packaging or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@toastymoments.com with your order number. We’ll confirm eligibility within 24–48 business hours.
⭐ Refund Processing
We process approved refunds within 24–48 business hours. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. We’ll always send you a confirmation once the refund has been released on our end. Refunds are always returned to your original payment method unless you request store credit.
⭐ 30-Day Warranty
Every Toasty Moments mirror comes with a 30-day warranty. If your mirror arrives damaged or develops a defect within 30 days of delivery, you’re covered for a replacement, repair, or refund. This applies to both shipping damage and manufacturing issues.
⭐ 10-Day No Hassle Return
Not in love with your mirror? No problem. You have 10 days from delivery to send it back, no questions asked.
✨ The mirror must be unused, in original condition, and shipped back within the 10-day window.
✨ If the return is due to our error — such as a defect, damage, or incorrect item — we’ll cover the return shipping.
✨ If you simply change your mind, you’re still welcome to return it — we just ask that you cover the return shipping. We’ll help make the process as smooth and cost-effective as possible by guiding you through the label and shipping options.
✨ All returns must be approved in advance, and we’ll provide the return address once your request is confirmed.
⭐ When Refunds Aren’t Available
Refunds cannot be issued when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, when packages are refused or unclaimed, or when delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Refunds are also not available after 10 days unless the product is defective or damaged, in which case the 30-day warranty applies. Refunds are not available for delays caused by external events such as customs holds, strikes, or severe weather.
If you believe your package was marked delivered in error, please contact us and we’ll work with you to investigate.

To request a refund, replacement, or return, email support@toastymoments.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if relevant. In some cases, we may request proof of complaint or a return tracking number. Our team will respond with next steps within 24–48 business hours.
